Long before The Tadka Box existed, our founder Sweta Singh was running a cherished dine-in restaurant in Jamshedpur. For years, she built her craft: kitchen management, menu engineering, and the art of serving food that people love.
When the pandemic reshaped the industry, Sweta moved to Noida and joined forces with established corporate catering partners. She spent years working hands-on in large-scale kitchen operations, corporate meal logistics, and event catering, learning the nuances of feeding hundreds of office teams every single day.
Now, she's launching her own. The Tadka Box is the culmination of everything she's learned, from the warmth of a small restaurant kitchen to the scale of corporate catering. Her family joins her, bringing expertise in supply chain, brand strategy, and technology. Together, they're building something fresh, honest, and delicious.
